We handle shipments throughout the Mexican Republic and USA. Standard shipping takes 4-6 business days. Wood Planks MX is not responsible for delays in parcels due to factors unrelated to it.
Collections in Toluca can be carried out once the collection confirmation email has been sent to your email.
The indicated times are from the elaboration, which is carried out from 1 to 2 working days once the design to be personalized has been confirmed. You have one week to confirm the customization, otherwise the product is sent without customization.

Orders made by Bank Deposit as a form of payment: If the form of payment of your order was Bank Deposit, you have 48 hours to make said deposit. Otherwise, the system automatically cancels the order.
